AND FRESHLY MADE.
WE MAKE EVERYTHING IN HOUSE, OUR GELATO BASE IS MADE FROM SCRATCH AND ALL THE LAYERS (CRUMBLES, CAKES, SAUCES, JAMS) ARE HANDCRAFTED IN OUR LABORATORY.
GELATO
We only use REAL fruit and PREMIUM ingredients adding no artificial colours or flavouring.
We only use free range eggs, Jersey milk and St David cream.
Our gelato is stored in POZZETTI, following the Italian tradition, in order to keep its physical characteristics, its colour, taste and properties untouched. Pozzetti keep gelato protected from air, light, oxidation and bacteria.

TRAVEL
Please allow up to 20 minutes (depending on the day’s temperature) for your tub to go from our store to your freezer. Using an esky or cooler bag is recommended for keeping your gelato at the perfect temperature. You can buy a Nuvoletta esky bag in our store.
SERVING
Keep your gelato tub in your freezer.
For a smooth and creamy texture, remove your gelato from the freezer about 15’ before serving.
